Based from home and reporting to the field operations manager, service engineers are responsible for undertaking both planned preventative and reactive breakdown maintenance at a range of customer locations within a specific area. Successful candidates will demonstrate previous field service engineering experience.
Based from home and reporting to the field operations manager, our engineers are responsible for undertaking both planned preventative and reactive breakdown maintenance at a range of customer locations within a designated radius.
With this in mind, it is essential that candidates hold a full UK driving licence as well as boast proven electro-mechanical engineering experience and exceptional customer facing communication skills.
Working in an environment where customer satisfaction is key, our engineers deliver the highest levels of customer service and demonstrate a flexible and adaptable attitude coupled with a methodical and organised approach to problem solving and repair.
In addition to maintaining and installing the clients’ products – across all Zip Water ranges – in both commercial and residential environments, our team of engineers also promote the product portfolio and sell additional services, accessories and products wherever appropriate.
Following a set daily schedule, engineers complete the servicing of products as well as performing reactive maintenance activities as they arise, resolving product technical faults and providing routine technical assistance as and when required.
Successful candidates will demonstrate previous field service engineering experience ideally in domestic white goods, commercial catering equipment, service repair and installation or a similar role.

This position is for a full-time, permanent role.
Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 a year (dependent on experience)
