How to find the kit you need

The serial number on your HydroTap will indicate the year of manufacture. This can be found in your command centre, next to the filter. Please use this date and your water options (for example boiling, chilled and sparkling) to find your required kit code in the below table.

Our new HydroCare Solo offer is a one-off filter change and sanitisation service with a qualified Zip engineer to get your system back up and running after a period of non-use. As well as installing a genuine new Zip approved filter, our HydroCare team will complete a sanitisation of your product to remove the build-up of any harmful germs and replace a number of important components to ensure that your system is ready to use.
