Zip Water UK x Chilly’s Bottles giveaway terms and conditions – Instagram

 

1. Competition only open to over 18s, resident in the UK. Prize can only be sent to a valid UK address unless otherwise stated.

2. Entry is open to anyone with the exception of employees of Zip Water UK and associated promotion partners.

3. The promoter is Zip Water UK, 15 Bertie Ward Way, Dereham, Norfolk, NR19 1TE

4. The winner’s prize is one Chilly’s water bottle. There will be 5 winners.

5. How to enter: You must be following @zipwateruk on Instagram. Users must like the relevant Instagram post and comment - tagging 3 friends in a comment.

6. You must tag 3 friends in order for your entry to be valid. The 3 friends gives you one entry.

7. Your Instagram profile must be public.

8. Entries will only be counted if the official entry method has been followed.

9. The competition opening date is 16.03.2020 9:00am and the closing date is 22.03.2020 23:59pm. Five winners will be chosen at random from all entries received via the official channel of entry and notified on 24.03.2020 via direct message on Instagram.

10.   Entrants must reply with their valid UK postal address and email address. If a winner does not return necessary details within 2 days, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and award to a new winner.

11.   The winners may be required to take part in promotional activity, e.g. publicity photographs, news article, social media etc

12.   Details of the winner’s names and county may be shared with anyone who requests their details.

14.   No cash alternative to the prize is available.

15.   The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.

18.   The judge’s/management decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered in to. We reserve the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion for whatever reason, with no liability to any entrants or third parties, but if this happens, we will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid customer disappointment.
