Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion runs until 30th June 2021 and is for a free of charge retrofit HydroTap wave (boiling, boiling/chilled, boiling/chilled/sparkling, chilled, chilled/sparkling tap) upon signing up to a minimum of a 3 year HydroCare or HydroCare Plus plan. The tap upgrade will be a like for like on basis (promotion not available on some models eg. All In One), for example if you currently have a boiling / chilled classic tap, this will be replaced with a boiling / chilled touch free Wave tap.

2. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount on the HydroCare plan. The promotion is only available to new HydroCare customers and is not redeemable on plan renewals. 

3. This promotion is run by Zip Water UK and we reserve the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time (including cancelling it early) if circumstances arise outside of our control.

4. A request to participate must be made via the promotion form at https://specify.zipwater.co.uk/hydrotap-upgrade-may-2021. The upgrade will be fitted as part of the initial inspection by a HydroCare team member.
