Adapting to rapid change
When the COVID-19 pandemic impacted, like many, we had to adapt quickly and efficiently to ensure that we were there for our customers and each other. We worked hard to stay open throughout lockdown to ensure we were there to guide and support our customers with enhanced communication, guidance, support and the development of new products and service propositions.
Customer care was our number one priority and it is wonderful to have this effort recognised by our local business community.

Our brand-new HydroTap Touch Free Wave provides a 100% touch free solution for the delivery of boiling chilled and sparkling water. This innovative new HydroTap has come to fruition in a record six months of development; something that would usually take between three years before being launched to market.
With an increased consideration around hygiene in the workplace in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have, and continue to be, determined to be part of the solution in helping bring employees back to work safely.

Celebrating its 30th year, the Eastern Daily Press’ Norfolk Business Awards recognise the strength of our local business community - particularly important this year amidst challenging times for many businesses.
