How does it work?

With a HydroCare service plan, we ensure your product maintains its peak performance with pre-scheduled appointments. We’ll tell you when your service is due and schedule an appointment for you, so that employees can continue to enjoy delicious filtered boiling, chilled, and sparkling water

The plan includes an annual filter replacement and sanitisation from a member of our directly employed service team plus unlimited callouts – parts and labour – for any unforeseen repair needs. 

And the best part? You won’t have to lift a finger, or worry about hidden costs disrupting your budget. Everything is covered by the subscription fee.

We work hard to ensure that we provide market-leading care for our market-leading products. Our commitment to genuine parts, a dedicated team with training assured by City & Guilds, and our fully comprehensive cover allows us to provide this market-leading care.

With this vision in mind, we created the largest support network in the country. Today, we directly employ over 100 engineers and technicians across the UK – at least one per county – so we can be sure that even remote locations will be served swiftly with flexible appointment times.
