Helpful guidance on managing your drinking water system
Are you looking for some technical guidance on how to manage your product in these ever-changing days?
If your place of work is still occupied, we recommend flushing your drinking water system through at least once a day.
If your office is closing temporarily, we recently shared step-by-step guides for your HydroTap, HydroChill or HydroBoil to prepare for a period of non-use and what to do to get them back up and running on your return.
Alternatively, we can of course safely decommission your drinking water system if that is your preferred option. Please get in touch for details.
Can we help you with your other drinking water systems?
If your other drinking water service provider is closed for business, please do get in touch and we will do our best to support you.

Touch-free drinking water solutions
You may already be planning to make changes to your workplace facilities to ensure you have a safe, COVID-secure environment for staff. Here at Zip, we have launched a range of contactless drinking water solutions to support your return to the workplace.
Our new HydroTap Touch Free Wave is the latest innovation in drinking water technology. A clever contactless drinking water system that delivers instant filtered boiling, chilled and sparkling water, the new touch-free HydroTap allows employees to stay hydrated and healthy, while avoiding surface contact to minimise the risk of virus transmission.
Smart infrared sensors detect hand movements when in a 1.5 - 5cm range of the tap, with water flow stopping immediately once the hand is moved away. The tap also features a contactless safety lock for the delivery of boiling water.
Find out more here.
The new touch-free range also includes a floor standing, filtered chilled water dispenser – The HC03 Touch Free – and the retrofit touch-free adaptor for the HydroBoil range.
We send well wishes to all our customers as we continue to navigate through these challenging times together.
