As part of the upgrades to the building, the provision of a reliable and efficient hot water supply for the residents was required across the multi-storey residence. Water heaters were needed to serve both showers and basins in student rooms across 16 storeys, and with each floor housing 24 units, consistency in the heating of water was crucial. A dependable, long-lasting solution was essential to minimise maintenance and operational disruptions.
View RangeIn partnership with Equans, over 800 InLine CEX water heaters were installed throughout Paragon House. The flexible configuration of the CEX units made installation more efficient and adaptable to the existing building structure, and the flow regulation ensures stable water supply and pressure, even in a high-demand environment. The implementation of Inline CEX also successfully addressed the water heating challenges faced in Paragon House. Students will now benefit from a stable and efficient hot water supply, contributing to an improved accommodation experience. The durability and adaptability of the units also ensure long-term cost savings and reduced maintenance requirements for the university, and the two-year warranty provided confidence in the product's reliability.
