Ensuring the wellbeing and safety of our customers and staff is paramount. We understand you may have concerns about allowing third party suppliers and their teams into living and work spaces during these challenging times, but we want to reassure you we are doing all we can to keep you safe.
Our number one priority is establishing working procedures that will protect everyone from the risks associated with Covid-19, particularly when it comes to our HydroCare team being out on the road visiting homes and workplaces.
So, we want to take this opportunity to share further information on how we are keeping you and our HydroCare team safe.
The HydroCare team has implemented additional processes before, during and after appointments to ensure the safety of customers, as well as themselves.
- Pre-attendance questionnaires with customers to assess safety and explain procedures
- Two metre social distancing wherever possible
- Regular hand washing and sanitisation
- Clean areas in HydroCare vans
- Regular tool and equipment sanitisation
We are following government guidelines on safe working practices. You can find out more in the following video:
Please help us to support your return to the office. As I’m sure you can imagine, we are currently experiencing a spike in demand for appointments as the country starts to reopen again. If you know when your office is reopening and you require a service appointment with our HydroCare team, we would really appreciate as much notice as possible, so that we can get to you as quickly and safely as we can.
Did you know? We are also able to service non-Zip drinking water products - get in touch to discuss your needs.
If you have been away from the office for a period of time, we recommend flushing the system. We have step by step guidance on what to do when turning on your drinking water system, including flushing the system, in our blog.
Due a service at home?
We are working hard to get to everyone as quickly as possible as the country begins to reopen. If you’re due your annual service at home, we are now offering our residential customers premium Saturday service at no extra charge. Book your appointment here.
